Il faut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u2019assurer que les situations de p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 sont rep\u00e9r\u00e9es dans le DU ;<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les nouvelles situations rep\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019analyse de la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Consigner en annexe, la proportion de salari\u00e9s expos\u00e9s aux facteurs de p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 (entreprises de + de 50 salari\u00e9s) et l\u2019actualiser \u00e0 chaque fois que n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00eame si l\u2019entreprise n\u2019est pas concern\u00e9e par la n\u00e9gociation d&#8217;un plan d&#8217;action ou d&#8217;un accord d&#8217;entreprise, des mesures de pr\u00e9vention doivent \u00eatre mise en place pour pr\u00e9venir les risques : obligation de r\u00e9sultat de l\u2019employeur.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in French.
