Dans ce cadre, il pr\u00e9cise notamment les indicateurs sur la situation compar\u00e9e des femmes et des hommes aff\u00e9rents aux nouveaux domaines introduits par la loi du 4 ao\u00fbt 2014 pour l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle entre les femmes et les hommes.<\/p>\n<p>Il adapte par ailleurs les dispositions relatives \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation obligatoire en entreprise en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes afin de tenir compte des \u00e9volutions introduites par la loi du 17 ao\u00fbt 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Il d\u00e9termine enfin les modalit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre de la prise de position formelle de l&#8217;administration, quant \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9 d&#8217;un accord ou d&#8217;un plan d&#8217;action aux obligations des employeurs en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, pr\u00e9vue par l&#8217;ordonnance du 10 d\u00e9cembre 2015.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000032796091&amp;dateTexte=&amp;categorieLien=id\">D\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2016-868 du 29 juin 2016 relatif aux modalit\u00e9s de consultation des institutions repr\u00e9sentatives du personnel<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-753\" src=\"http:\/\/duerp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/legifrance-300x53.jpg\" alt=\"Legifrance\" width=\"300\" height=\"53\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.duerp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/legifrance-300x53.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.duerp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/legifrance.jpg 592w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in French.
